The Walnut Blocks No.2, c.1870 - A wonderful Victorian architectural toy consisting of wooden blocks of various lengths and wooden architectural elements such as pillars and arches. One complete set in original box with cracked lid and another near complete set again in original box but without lid, longest piece 14.3cm long.
The boxes and labels show signs of age and use, they have been played with but are in generally good condition.
A complete set is held in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
