A Long John Mid-Century Sideboard by D. Meredew Ltd, c 1960’s
Tola wood veneer to the exterior with a blonde satinwood interior which is in 4 sections. 4 drawers, 2 cupboards with shelf and a bar section, the frame has a bevelled edge around the front and is supported by a four legged frame.
It is unrestored with it’s original finish and as such there are signs of light use commensurate with age . Meredew furniture made high quality contemporary furniture from the 1950’s through to the 1970’s; known designers include Robert Heritage and Alphons Loebenstein
