Josef Lorenzl- A rare large Art Deco Austrian bronze figure,
1920s, depicting a very stylish dancer, with a silver and
enamelled cold-painted finish, mounted on a substantial green onyx
base.
With this absolutely stunning bronze Lorenzl seems to have taken
his inspiration from the wonderful cabaret stars of 1920s Berlin or
Paris, such as Josephine Baker, and has included modernist jewellery
that is very much in the style of Jakob Bengel.
