Alpax (Lightalloys Ltd) Stool, England, c1930’s
The original cork pad on a cast aluminium seat supported on four
legs of 3 tubular chrome rods joined at the base by a central boss,
raised on 4 black rubber pads (which are later replacements).
A good example of this great piece of British modernist design.
