Katzhutte - An extremely rare Art Deco pottery bust, Germany
1930's, featuring a stylised female, made exclusively for the
Marshall Field's department store in Chicago- Although this model does not have the Katzhutte mark, I have
had a couple of variations of this model over the last 30 years,
so can confidently attribute it to that company. Marshall Field & Company
Marshall Field's (from January 1881), was a department store in
Chicago, Illinois, that grew to become a chain before being
acquired by Macy's, Inc. in 2005.
