Leonildo Giannoni - An Art Deco bronze statue, France dated
1935, depicting a stylish dancer, the bronze patinated and
mounted on a substantial marble base.
This is a beautiful and large sculpture, the quality is outstanding
with the marble base carved from one piece.
Old repair to flaw in marble.
Signed, dated and monogrammed by the bronze foundry. Leonildo
Giannoni Chapelier (1880-1951) was an Italian - French sculptor,
with the last photograph being the family tomb in Brussels, the
marble sculpture by Leonildo.
